Manager - Corporate Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a sales strategy to assist the team in capturing as much of the distributor's attention as possible, achieving goals, and increasing market share in the channel.
- Reviewing the team's performance in relation to the plan will help them succeed and develop professionally.
- Use the digital sales management approach to instil the team with the necessary sales behaviours.
- Assure the business's quality and longevity.
Candidates Profile:
Qualification : Graduation from any stream is required.
Experience : 6-10 years of experience in life insurance sector in sales
(With Good Stability and team handling experience is mandatory for this requirement)
