Manager - Corporate Sales - Bancassurance (5-9 yrs)

A Leadership Profile - Corporate Sales Manager is required at Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh for the Branch Banking Department of Bancassurance, India's Leading Life Insurance Company.

You must manage all Vijayawada branches of a given geography's channel partner in this capacity. To produce the most business and reach all of the possible clients, it is necessary to build a FLS team and to inspire and guide them.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage channel partners and foster your relationship with them to help you achieve your business goals.

- Create and implement a sales strategy to assist the team in capturing as much of the distributor's attention as possible, enabling them to fulfil goals and increase market share in the channel.

- Review the team's performance in relation to the strategy, and offer them career guidance to help them succeed.

- Utilize the digital sales management approach to instil the team with the required sales behaviours.

- Coaching team members with revenue-boosting sales strategies and procedures

- Creating plans for enhancing sales success through continuing training and development

- Identifying the client's needs and recommending goods or services to suit those demands

- Ensure the company's quality and viability.

Desired Candidates Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of sales experience in the banking, insurance, and investment domain

- Minimum of 3 plus years of experience managing teams of on-roll personnel

Age should be between 30 to 38 Years
