Manager - Corporate Sales - Auto/Vehicle (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Carries out weekly and daily sales meetings.
- Enables efficient departmental and interdepartmental communication within the new-vehicle department.
- Ensures that salespeople for new cars are aware of and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
- Regularly and consistently gives salespeople the right products and training materials.
- Oversees new-car salespeople's efforts to improve the dealership's reputation and customer satisfaction scores.
- Works on initiatives with salespeople to raise new-car gross and F&I penetration.
- Collaborates with the dealer and other managers to develop incentive programs.
- When necessary, assists salespeople in sealing deals.
- Completes deal settlement documents and promptly delivers them to the accounting office.
- Lays forth and upholds rules for giving customers their vehicles.
- Initial service appointment is scheduled at the time of delivery.
- Offers the dealer
