Corporate Sales Manager - Audio Products @ Mumbai, India

Our client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one home grown brand. It's a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap.

Position : Corporate Sales Manager - Audio Products

Location : Mumbai

Education : MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales

Experience : 8 - 10 years of corporate sales

Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

1. Our client is looking for a dedicated resource with nearly 8-10 years of experience of corporate sales which include sales directly to corporates and through various corporate gifting partners based out of his/her region. The said resource will head Western India and will be based out of Mumbai. Experience in pharmaceuticals vertical will be a huge advantage. Candidate will own this vertical independently reporting into Director- Sales. Should be capable of understanding & owning the P & L of his/her vertical. 

- Develop Gifting channel partners network across West India to drive sale of all the brands. Reach out to the corporates directly, using his/her relations to ensure our brand products are part of their bundling/channel schemes/gifting etc. Drive direct sales in corporates by organizing roadshows and product showcase which will help corporates get hands on experience of the products. Understand product features and benefits as well as competition so as to pitch them to corporates effectively. Understand system and processes of Pharma organizations and Banks to be effective there.

2. Must have Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills. Past experience of handling corporate sales is a must. Candidate must be based out of Mumbai but should be mobile to travel across. Candidate with own vehicle preferred. 

- Should have any Graduation (B.Com, BCA, B.Tech), though technical/science background will help. Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales). 8 years+ of experience in corporate sales. 

- Self-starter who can run the show independently. Company offers attractive base salary and a variable directly linked to sales achieved.Candidate from Corporate Gifting, Loyalty Program Organizations etc. would be good fits.
