Education : Graduation is must
CTC : up to 2.5 lakh + Incentives + Bonus
Job Role :
- Need to seat at branch
- Greet walk in customers and try to gain business from them
- Do cold calling on lead based data and try to gain business from them
- Try to gain more and more business from open market
- Maintain healthy relationship with existing customers and try to gain business from their referrals
- Maintain daily reports and provide it to your supervisor
- Maintain decorum of the branch
