Manager - Contract Sales (6-15 yrs)
PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MANAGER - CONTRACT SALES
- To generate enquires for Hot/Cold Insulations and Refractories projects like Refineries, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Fertilizers and Chemical Process Plants etc.
- To do estimation/costing and preparation of Offer & Tender document.
- To do the technical and commercial evaluation.
- To do regular follow-ups with the clients and to make strategies to finalize the orders in Company's favour.
- To meet the client and maintain good relation for Future orders.
- To develop the market potentials and to convert these in orders.
- To monitor the job in coordination with execution team regarding project's work and also to ensure projected/targeted profit margins
- To deal with clients in case of any complaint arises and able to resolve it with PR skills.
- To do payments follow up by ensuring getting the same in time.
- Ready to do extensive travelling.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Good analytical Still
- Very good communication skill ( verbal and written)
- Computer savvy
