Manager Content Marketing

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5 to 7 Year

Salary : up to 20 LPA

Must have :

- B2B SaaS experience

- Experience in Content Marketing

Responsibilities :

- Lead the conceptualization and creation of content for demand generation & brand awareness campaigns.

- Coach a team of content marketers to deliver outstanding performance.

- Support in go-to-market content creation for buyer personas, new solutions, and use cases.

- Develop long-form and short-form demand generation assets such as whitepapers, ebooks, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters to support campaigns.

- Craft our customers' growth stories to enable other companies to learn from their experiences.

- Own the development of CX content assets including eBooks, reports, whitepapers, and other types of content assets.

- Establish A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, cadence, and timing to improve performance.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of content marketing experience.

- Minimum 2+ years B2B SaaS experience.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and project management skills

- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels.

- Strong knowledge of content and social marketing industry trends, tactics, and user behavior.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business

- Measure and report on content performance to support ongoing optimization and make recommendations on how to improve program performance.
