Manager - Consumer Insights - FMCG (10-12 yrs)

Loking for Manager - Consumer Insights ( CMI ), for one of the Large FMCG's, based at Kolkata.

A Post Grad in Marketing with 10-12 years of both Agency + FMCG ( Mandatory ) of strong experience in both consumer and market insights.

The core purpose of this role is to show the business where and how to win by championing and being the voice of the consumer. You need to be able to anticipate business partner needs before they know they need them.

Key responsibilities include :

a. To create avenues of growth for the organisation through informed decision making

b. To enable higher potential for the organisation through better actionability of research data

c. To align efforts of research agency, research team with overall brand efforts

d. To collaborate with brand team for high effectiveness of brand interventions

e. To enhance data usability and reliability by improving data quality

f. To engage with research agencies to adopt new improved and modern age methodologies, in order to bring in efficiencies in the system

g. To facilitate information sharing among relevant stakeholders within the organisation, while maintaining high level of security for sensitive information
