Manager - Community Management & Public Relations/B2B Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Being on the Front Lines: Organizing and participating in community events and conversations as our Brand Representative
- Building relationships with Influencers, Experts, Collaborators and others in the WordPress space
- Be our voice: Responding to comments and customer queries on social media in a timely manner
- Managing our social media channels - from content strategy and scheduling posts to running giveaways and approving new members in our group
- Increasing Engagement and Brand Awareness by managing & advocating for our community
- Help us identify and target the right audience
Qualities required:
- Minimum 1 year work experience (Marketing/Sales preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent Writing and Communication Skills
- Dedicated, accountable, and enthusiastic AF
- Experience with WordPress
- Social Media Junkie
- Inclination towards engaging with people and socialising
- Creativity and Ability to think on your feet
