Aroma Trace is a spanish firm dedicated to the development and sale of perfumes, aromas, fragances, etc to be used in premium locations such as hotels, casinos, restaurants, hospitals, etc. This business is defined as Olfactory Marketing.

Aroma Trace is looking for a person to lead Indian sales and will report directly to HQ in Spain. The candidate should have a high level of sophistication, good education level, good image and communication skills in order to be able to represent a company who is targeting a very special niche of clientele with a very sensitive and delicate product. profile

- Entrepreneurial and business spirit.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Sophistication, good education level, good image.

- Ability to build excellent rapport with clients and build robust relationships.

- Time management and planning skills.

- Proven sales track record in some alike product (not necessarily perfumery but at least with some degree of sophistication).

- Good English skill.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :

7 year of experience in marketing and commercial development activities:

- Valuable HORECA experience.

- Valuable international experience.

- Similar product or somehow resembling an alike category or level of sophistication.

FUNCTIONS AND TASKS :

- Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings

- Conduct research to identify new customers and markets.

- Plan and prepare presentations, marketing tools, etc.

- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.

- Define strategic targets, build effective pipelines, identify and produce new business opportunities.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Report directly to the Spanish CEO.

- Close deals with clients.

- Candidate should spend approximately 30% to 50% visiting targeted clients or existing ones.
