Manager - Commercial Leasing/Sales/Business Development - Real Estate (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Pre-leasing with Anchors, Semi anchors & Vanilla brands.
- Exposure to Documentation of LOI & agreement to sale.
- Brand Exposure (Hyper Market / Apparels / F & B).
- Making presentations for commercial Properties to retail brands & property consultants.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Decent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office/Word/ Excel.
- Should have very good negotiation skill and depth knowledge about retail leasing.
- Knowledge about clustering / Zoning of concepts in retail mall
