Manager - Client Success - SaaS Product (2-5 yrs)
- Making sure customers get started, adopting to the tool and continuously help customers to achieve their goals and get the value of the SaaS product.
- Handle renewals, contract negotiations and owning upsales & expansion sales.
- Churn management and customer retention.
- Creating a minimum-viable onboarding process.
- Educating customers and improving customer experience.
- Driving account expansion and increasing lifetime value.
- Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops.
- Build customer relationships and drive loyalty.
