Manager - Client Success (2-3 yrs)

1. Airport Concessionaire Relationship Management :

- Collaborate closely with airport concessionaires to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from airport concessionaires and act as the primary point of contact for them, providing exceptional service and support.

2. Business Development :

- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing airport concessionaire clients.

- Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to revenue growth.

- Leverage industry insights to tailor solutions that align with concessionaires' business goals.

3. Customer Grievance Resolution :

- Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions that align with concessionaire expectations, customers and platform capabilities.

4. Client Engagement and Education :

- Proactively engage clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform's offerings.

- Provide training and guidance on platform features and updates to optimize client experience.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting :

- Monitor client performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular performance reports to share insights with clients and internal teams.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 2-3 years of proven experience in client relationship management, business development, or account management, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or technology sectors.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.

- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to achieve common goals.

- Passion for the travel and technology industries
