Manager - Client Servicing & Planning - Advertising Firm (4-6 yrs)
A professional with at least 4-6 years' experience, you will guide the brand-building process, connecting the agency's strategic & creative efforts. From understanding the brand to planning, developing strategies, to overseeing all aspects of delivery, you will be the problem solver who analyzes markets and helps clients achieve their business goals. In addition, you will identify new business prospects and spearhead the acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Account planning
- Regular interaction with clients
- Prepare and present ROI based proposals
- Interface with agency's team to get work executed on schedule
- Pro-active work to support client's brands/services
- Prepare presentation & Participate in pitches for new accounts
Desired Profile
Preferably an MBA from a reputed institute or graduate with specialization in advertising/marketing, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience with exposure to advertising, marketing and communications. You should also be:
- quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
- enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative
- a clear communicator, with excellent verbal & written skills
- able to present ideas with conviction
- IT literate
- a complete team player
- adept at motivating others with good inter-personal skills
- aware of market developments & emergence of new media
- smart in appearance
