Manager - Client Servicing/Event Management (2-6 yrs)
We are looking Client Servicing Manager for one of the leading Events Industry.
Location:- Mumbai
Experience:- 2 - 6 years of client servicing experience in event industry
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Curate Events and Pitches
- Develop presentations & prepare new designs according to the trends in the industry
- Liaise between departments
- Understand client needs and provide conceptual inputs to design, creative and production team.
- Overlook the write up of brief summaries
- Check & guide on checklists & manuals
- Manage & develop cost & P/L- s
- Anchor & deliver large-medium format multiple pitches
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in a related field (Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, etc.)
- 3-5 years experience in the events/live entertainment/marketing and branding space.
Other Special requirements :
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Skills Interpersonal maturity and leadership skills
- Ability to think through situations
- Willing to work under pressure and in flexible timings
- Ability to work effectively on different projects simultaneously
- Ability to understand event tech
- Creativity to think out of the box
