Job description :
- As a Client Servicing, incumbents primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- A Post Graduate Degree in Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record with specific success stories.
- Experience in handling government clients is preferred
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring effective communication and meeting all client requirements.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising and communication needs, and ensuring they are met to their satisfaction.
- Overseeing the agencys accounts across all disciplines and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Preparing proposals and quotations for client requirements and effectively coordinating with internal departments to provide holistic solutions within specified deadlines.
- Striving for first-time accuracy in delivering solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Retaining clients by ensuring complete satisfaction with their assignments and maintaining detailed records of day-to-day client interactions.
- Creating monthly reports tailored to each client for the assignments undertaken.
- Generating additional business from clients by promoting various solutions offered by the agency.
- Monitoring client billing and ensuring timely payments.
- Assisting superiors in client management roles and demonstrating a willingness to acquire new skill sets and explore different domains of advertising.
- Being open to travel outside the city for client meetings and specific assignments as required.
