The role - The role of Client Servicing Manager includes proactive planning and day to day management of client servicing operations - adhering to highest quality standards and delivery timelines. The portfolio will be a mix of Brand and Marketing Communications and

Internal Communications : 

- Aspires to know and learn how to arrive at communication strategies for clients

- Aspires to lead the communication function at the client side in a few years- time

Skills required:

- Understanding of communications messaging

Execution Orientation : 

Should own the following tasks :

- Brief taking and brief development

- Understanding of content strategy

- Content development as per the content strategy

- New content ideas / suggestions in a proactive manner

- Regular follow-ups with client and their teams on every aspect of delivery

- Documentation - from emails to case studies

- Brief capturing

- Minutes of the meeting

- Reporting - monthly, quarterly, half yearly

- Case study development

- Vendor management and vendor base build-up

- Internal collaboration with designers and writers. Ensuring that everyone has understood the brief right leading to delivery in a timely manner

- Quality check - total delivery quality ownership - content quality, design quality and timeliness

Should assist in: 

- Account planning: annual account planning

- Campaign planning - Brand, Marketing Communications and Internal Communications

- Content strategy - yearly, and quarterly content strategy development

Client Management:

- Proactive ideating

- Cross-selling

- Quarterly feedback from the client

- To develop a feedback rating scale

- One feedback every 45 days

- One quarterly feedback from every client - 3 per quarter

- Agreements, Billing / Payments and cross-selling

- Regular PO raising and receiving payments in time

- Agreement vetting and crafting. Working as per the agreement.

- Identifying new opportunities for multiplying business opportunities

Collaboration:
