Manager - Client Servicing (2-12 yrs)
We are hiring candidates for the profile of Client Servicing for the location of Kolkata and Mumbai.
Responsibilities :
- Servicing of corporate for their Non Employee Benefits Portfolio
- Assist the Account Manager to set up the policy administration framework with the TPA and Insurance company
- Set up the on-line portal structure with the TPA or in-house
- Ensure effective roll out of all the policy inception processes at respective client locations
- Monitor and manage the monthly endorsement with Insurer and TPA for all addition and deletion cases
- Assist Client SPOC and members with claim support as and when needed
- Provide client with all reports with regards to the policy utilization as and when required
- Build relationship with TPA and Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service delivery
Experience Range : 2+ Years
