The Incumbent should be well versed in hospitality hiring and should have handled a minimum of 30+ closures and serviced 50 clients a month respectively. We would prefer if you have previous experience of working in a restaurant or for hotel hiring.

- Handle a team of 5 to 6 recruiters

- Assessing each screening of the recruiter, and further screening with fine-points and techniques

- Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle of the client

- Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, budget and location preferences from the available pool of resources.

- Work in close coordination with various affiliates and Field recruiters across India to post and get supply

- Negotiate salary and terms with the candidates as appropriated by the client

- Maintain a steady pool of candidate resumes so that the recruiters productivity in enhanced

- Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Client Service Head

- Maintain regular reports and MIS.

- Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings, and online interviews and assist in the onboarding process.

- You should be in possession to create various assessments and conduct various IQ tests related to restaurants and hotels before the final selection of the candidate

- Applicant should possess good communication skills both oral and written

- Should have a good understanding of tech-based tools

- Applicant should be willing to work in an office located at Mumbai, Malad/ Goregoan (West), Mon to Sat

- Candidates with 3- 10 years of experience in domestic hospitality recruitment.

- Graduate with a Catering/ Hotel Management Certification will be preferred
