Job Description :
- Corporate Client Servicing role Into B2B model.
- Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs, HFCs, MFI, SFB's, Co-op Banks etc. within East zone.
- Building up strong relationship with the junior, middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.
- Addressing & solving their queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims team and all other departments at HO.
- Prepare, maintain and share relevant trackers on business volume, projections and product details with HO teams, which will change from time to time.
- Ensuring growth in business
Other Skills Required :
- Good communication skills, excellent relationship and Grievance handling capabilities, Excel knowledge and other relevant skills related to database management.
Location : Candidate should be from Kolkata or stayed and worked for more than 2 years at Kolkata (mandatory)
