Manager - Client Service Operations - BPO (5-14 yrs)
Hiring for Client Service operations for a leading MNC into Travel services.
Job location: Shivaji Metro Station, CP, New Delhi.
Role and Skill details:
- Preferably from B2B with a combination of B2C industry experience and must have handled / done client facing roles ++ managed internal stakeholders.
- Excellent in MIS and Excel and data management skills.
- Can handle pressure of peak season (generally we have 5-7 months in a year as peak season and high pressures)
- Excellent decision making skills and team management is must
- Past experience in customer service / hospitality / project management / operations.
