About :
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are expected to determine the clients' needs and suggest suitable travel Packages and also sell holidays packages to clients. You are supposed to promote and market new strategies of tour. Client service is at the core of this role and you must go beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional customer experience.
Roles & Responsibility :
1. Calling clients and determining their needs.
2. Designing, preparing itineraries, holiday packages for Clients. Sending Quotations and follow up with the Clients.
3. Lead Generation and attend Customer enquiry in person/ E- mail/ Telephone and follow ups.
4. Able to handle the entire process from lead generation to end user sale independently. Social media handling -Well versed in International Domestic Package tours- FIT/ GIT Customaries/ Non Customaries itinerary, Negotiation with Hotels for best Rates, arrange Surface Transport, Hotel Bookings. Handling B2B & Corporate Ticketing. Bringing new strategies for tours and promoting them accordingly.
