Manager - Client Relationship/Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Help to plan sales campaigns.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers in some cases.
- Increase sales of the business.
- Strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Desired Profile:
- Graduation or MBA.
- Minimum 3 years- experience in similar role
- Good Communication skill
- Strong presentation skills.
- Preferably from Agency and Distribution channel
