Job Description :
- Responsible for providing after sale services to clients.
- Owing and optimizing delivery of service solutions to clients.
- Resolving client queries and taking follow-ups for payment completion.
- Identifying complex & business operational problems and provide solutions to drive continuous improvement in the quality of service deliverables and internal efficiency.
- Managing client portfolios and complete documentation in a systematic order.
- Understanding the competitive environment, anticipating & identifying opportunities and closely
- Working with sales team to enhance team profitability.
- Site visit coordination among the included parties.
- Sending daily report to the reporting manager.
