India's Largest Housing Finance Organization is urgently looking for a Client Relationship Manager for DSA Channel.
Job Description:
- Develop a Team of Direct Sales Agents through Open Market like Tax Consultants, CA, Advocates and Other
- Train and Give the Opportunity of the source of income
- Generate a Leads of Potential Clients through your Agents
- Should be aware of complying with all the legal requirements as per law of the land
- Support your Collection team in charging delinquency
- Ensuring your team to adapt to digital tools and Processes
- Ensure proper training and review for DSAs - so they are followed with the organization's processes and Policies
Candidates Requirement:
- Graduate from an accredited college
- 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of Housing Finance and NBFC Sectors
- Mini. 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Team Handling of Direct Sales Agents Channel
- Strong Communications and Interpersonal Skills
