Manager - Client Relationship - Insurance (3-9 yrs)
Job description:
To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- At least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- Must have local network
- Must have two-wheeler

Salary: - 20,500.00 - 30,500.00 per month
