Manager - Client Relationship - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establish a rapport with the clientele's important employees.
- Make plans to meet the business needs of your clients.
- Help clients develop profitable procedures
- To make sure your clients are satisfied, schedule frequent meetings with them.
- Serve as a point of contact for grievances and raise issues when necessary.
- Assist the sales team in cross-selling and upselling goods and services
- Check to make sure the business and its clients are following the terms of the agreement.
- Examine rivals to discover fresh approaches to retaining clients.
- Establish goals for sales and income, then put in a lot of effort to reach them.
- Work together with internal teams (sales, engineering, senior management, etc.) to meet client needs.
