Job Description:
- Recruiting New financial Advisor and Agency Associate Partner.
- Making a new license for the company.
- Providing product knowledge.
- Responsible for training a financial advisor.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets.
Eligibility: Any Graduate/Diploma holder/MBA can apply for this position.
Required Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience must
- The candidate should be local resident
- Relationship Building skills, Achievement-oriented
Candidates requirements:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 2-year sales experience.
- Having own bike and DL.
- Local of a particular city.
