Manager - Client Relationship - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Help the sales team with cross-selling and upselling of products and services;
- Set objectives for revenue and sales and work hard to achieve them;
- Plan to satisfy clients' business needs;
- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed;
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs;
- Set up regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction;
