Manager - Client Relationship - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as online marketing, cold calling, email campaigns, and other direct outreach methods.
Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain communication with prospects to understand their insurance needs, educate them on available life insurance products, and guide them through the purchasing process.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the features and benefits of different life insurance policies to effectively communicate and match them with customers' requirements.
Sales Presentations : Conduct presentations to individuals or groups, explaining the advantages of life insurance and addressing any concerns or questions potential customers may have.
Quoting and Closing : Provide accurate insurance quotes, negotiate terms, and assist customers in completing the application process. Close sales and follow up on pending applications.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sales inquiries or issues.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations.
Requirements :
Education Qualification: Graduate Any Stream
Experience in at least 1 Year of any sales or BFSI sales.
