Our client is a premier maid placement and cleaning company that provides an array of services that will help tackle your daily household chores.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of clients.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing client relations to the best of your ability.

- Scheduling and managing all available resources for optimum utilization.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.

- Occasionally conducting training sessions

- Managing HR & Admin work when required.

The Profile :

- You have at least 5 years experience within a B2C sales / account management role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
