Job Description :
Hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. They give clients personalized advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to their inquiries.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Good communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time management and team lead
Salary: 2.20 to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
