Manager - Client Relationship - BFS (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by answering questions and assisting with account maintenance and transactions.
- Building relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and goals
- Promoting financial products and services to clients
- Opening new accounts, administrative tasks related to account maintenance and customer service.
- Collaborating with other team members, customer service representatives, and other bankers, to ensure that all customer needs are met.
- Managing client relationships and maintaining accurate records of all customer
Requirements :
- Any Graduate May Apply
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sales experience is a plus.
