Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ascertain your clients' needs and devise strategies to meet them.
- Find key personnel at client companies to establish profitable relationships.
- Make contact with potential customers to establish fruitful collaborations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your current clients by providing them with exceptional service, attending to their needs, and resolving any problems they may be having.
- Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for the business.
- Do in-depth market research and analysis to understand your clients' needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Collaborate between departments such as product development, marketing, and sales to ensure that the client's needs are met.
- Upselling and cross-selling can help you generate new revenue.
