Manager - Client Relations - Leasing Services (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for liaising with customer to understand requirements, preparing client proposals,
- Managing customer expectations, and maintaining client KYC
- Single point of contact for managing end to end purchase order cycle
- Credit appraisal of clients and preparation of client contract conditions and preparing lease agreements
- Manage end to end project delivery including lease assessment, development of project plan, data gathering, lease abstraction using tools/manually, validation of lease data, documentation of key processes and controls, development of roadmap
- Responsible for preparation of rental schedules while maintaining the set IRR
- Conducted role and project specific trainings for multiple resources and clients
- Managing internal and external stakeholders including Funders and Vendors
- Responsible for the Revenue, receivables management and generating revenue from End of Term of Lease.
Qualifications, Skill and Experience :
- Graduate with 2-3 years of B2B Client Servicing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Should be comfortable to work on large amount of data
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other tools
