Manager - Client Relations - Digital Marketing Consulting Firm (2-4 yrs)
Artifex HR is looking to hire a - Client Relations Manager- for a Digital Marketing consulting company based in Chennai.
JOB BRIEF :
The job involves creating and fostering positive relationships with customers/clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop cordial relationships with clients and other key personnel
- Oversee various digital marketing channels
- Collect client feedback and direct those to relevant departments for further actions
- Coordinate between digital marketing and customer service related work
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service or similar role
- In-depth understanding of mainline marketing deliveries like brochures, leaflets, hoardings etc.
- Previous work experience with an ad agency would be an advantage
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : Up to - 25,000.00 per month
