Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should have Bachelor Degree in Engineer.
- Masters (MBA) with Science / Commerce or Business Administration Degree is an advantage
- Should have good exposure of business development.
- Should have skills to connect, maintain relationships at CXO, LoB levels.
- Should be able to do account planning & work for Client Success
- Should have 8+ years Enterprise Sales experience, preferably Technology Solutions as well as Services with good technology understanding
- Willing to work with a young team and create a team to deliver organizational results
- Open to travel domestic+international
- Successfully handled Enterprise as well as Strategic Medium Scale Businesses in identified domains.
- Should have dealt with emerging tech like Cloud, IoT, Analytics, Blockchain.
- Shall be self-starter with a consistent record of driving and closing deals with achievement of Quota.
- Should have the right capabilities to deliver higher outcomes under dynamic work environment & to overcome various challenges & time constraints in the Market
