Manager - Client Engagement - Insurance (4-14 yrs)
- Managing the Key accounts (MGAs) and driving sales.
- Conducting BOPs with MGAs to onboard maximum agents.
- Motivating the MGAs and their teams to increase the productivity per agent.
- Managing end to end Pre sales support activities like, sharing quotations, on field sales calls, proposal booking, creating product comparisons and sales pitch.
- Conducting training sessions for agents recruited by MGAs.
- Achieving monthly sales targets/ Activation Targets/ Agent onboarding targets.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure that the reconciliation/ partner payments/Operation support is provided on time.
- Follow up for renewal premium with MGAs and their team to maintain persistency.
