- Indian Healthcare System comprises of interactions between 3B patients, 800K doctors, 900K pharmacies,100K labs and 700k It representatives every year. 99% of these interactions happen in the offline world as the industry heavily relies on relations and trust. These interactions are mostly on paper or verbal. The lack of data trail inhibits innovation and leaves the system slow and inefficient as patients waste hours dealing with service providers. Poor doctor-patient ratio has made doctors reluctant to adopt anything that slows them down.

Role: Client Success Manager

Job Summary:

Candidate would be joining a team experienced in Healthcare.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Onboard the client and deploy all the required devices and install software by taking help of Central & other Team.

- Regular visits to our existing clients and resolving their issues by coordination with different departments

- Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives ranging from activation to operational troubleshooting.

- Communication with upper management to develop strategic operation goals, developing strategic - long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with Doctors and other Healthcare Professionals by being the face of the brand in that community.

- Issues resolution taking feedback from clients for strong relationship with them and generating references for ensuring the future business.

- Maintain & optimize end to end operation for smooth running.

- Timely collection of payments and maintain the 100% compliance at client & company level
