Position : Client Acquisition Manager

Job Location : From Office/Can operate from Anywhere ( Work From Home )/Freelancing

Responsibilities and deliverables :

- New Client Acquisition by engaging with key decision-makers in the prospective organization (IT,BFSI, Automotive ,Pharm, Health Care )Industrys.

- To generate leads & Identify decision makers and initiate the sales process.

- Good knowledge of Permanent/Temp/RPO Services Terms & Conditions.

- To manage time and workflow and Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Take briefings and feedback from clients. To ensure maximum client satisfaction.

- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

- Demonstrated success in Revenue Generation Work diligently to achieve the provided targets.

- Regularly monitor their own sales performance and take proactive measures to meet and exceed targets.

- Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing corporate client base.

- Organizational skills including time management and delivery under strict deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills and Team handling experience.

- Strong work ethics, consistency, punctuality and reliability.

- High energy with a positive - can do- attitude .

- Should able to run the One Staffing Unit of Xcelhires going forward.
