Position Details:

Role: Manager Client Acquisition & Operations

Location: Ahmedabad

Requisites:

- Post graduate / MBA in HR.

- Should have minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience.

- Should have Client Management experience.

- Should have team management experience.

- Good communication skill verbal & written.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

- Responsible for handling business development, identifying & developing new markets, lead generation, client retention and achieving targets.

- Vendor development, client co-ordination.

- Supervising all the Technical queries of the clients regarding Offer Proposed.

- Attending on site meetings.

- Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models.

- Meet regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/ levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide HR Solutions accordingly.

- Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect tunnel and ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.

- Collaborating and coordinating with delivery and operation teams for ensuring flawless implementation of the assignments.

Client Relationship Management

- To work very closely with Clients; understand the client requirements, and proactively providing the required solutions

- Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit; actively participate in client management, collection of payment from clients and client visits to ensure smooth communication.

HR Operations :

- Handling & overseeing end to end recruitment & managing entire HR Operations.

- Managing a team of HR Professionals and to provide professional support and advice the team on best practices in recruitment and operations.

- Monitor and support associates in HR operations activity.

- Maintaining HRIS & publishing various trackers & MIS reports, review with Management.

Training :

- Training the staff to help them handle current job responsibilities.
