Experience: Fresher
- Lead Generation and to attract new clients
- Client Acquisition; Research and identify new opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients. Bring new business to the organization
- Client Management (From requirements to proper payments)
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Maintain proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results.
- Develop and confirm partnership with new clients.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employers
