- Preparing Bill of Quantities as per the drawings and specification given. Estimation and costing of HVAC system.
- Submitting tender with technical bid & price bid.
- Attending technical and commercial bid for Project Prospective.
- Doing the chillers and cooling towers selection as per the design Criteria.
- Getting approval for chiller specific from the consultants like MEP, Design- Beuro, WSP Consultants. Government agencies like MES, GACL, GCRI, BARC.
- Giving Product presentation to consultants specifically like TCE, Pell frischmann , Arnita consultants, Eskayem.
- Giving Product Presentation in ISHRAE Seminar, Nagpur.
- Spec in the Projects (Technically as well as commercially )Specifically government sector, Process application sector, Builders.
- Generating the enquiry from the Market. Resources Like- Contractor, Enduser, Consultants, PMCs , Builders, Dealers.
- Proposing the options (Like VFD vs without VFD), Proposing Break up of Energy efficient Model against compatitior. For Better Understanding of the customer Providing the Energy Matrix.
- Giving the Comparison overs competitors vs us.
- Achieving sales Target yearly, quarterly or Half yearly depending upon the company Policy.
- Getting the order, follow-up for the Payment, support to customer up to the commissioning of the Activity.
- Build up relation with the customer, contractor, consultants etc.
