Exp. 4+ Yrs. in Insurance sales with 2-3 yrs. exp. preferably from Agency Channel
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Purpose:
Recruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors (CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals and generating business for the Company.
Job Description:
- Recruit,engage and launch CBMs.
- Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs.
- Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets.
- Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years work experience with 2-3 years experience in sale of life insurance products.
- Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/ClubsMembers).
- Experience in managing and supervising teams of at-least 3 to 5 persons.
