Telecom - Channel Sales Manager - PAN India

Channel Sales Manager for our client a leading company into Unified Communications products - IP PBX, IP Phones, Call Center Solutions. Voice Loggers, FXO's, Gateways, Mobile Applications etc.

Job Location : Bangalore. Responsible for PAN India

Experience: 03 - 08 years only

Salary: INR 40,000 - 55,000 + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities include :

1) Managing the Channel Sales and Distribution across PAN India regions working along with Partners and Franchisee's.

2) Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

3) Evaluate Partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

4) Address Partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

5) Develop positive working relationship with Partners to build business.

6) Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

7) Communicate up-to-date information about new products and facilitate product training.

8) Account Management & Retention.

9) Prefer candidates with Telecom / IT / Technical Sales experience and available to join immediately.

10) 90% inside sales and 10% travel required.
