JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position : Channel Sales Manager - West

Nature of Job :

- The first criterion is to be in channel sales of enterprise communication solutions either for OEMs or system integrators.

- The right candidate will be required to create and sell through the channels across the region - EPABX, IP Telephony, VOIP (VOICE), Video Conference, Routers & switches and WiFi (Active networking) and application products like NMS (Bandwidth, Network, IP management) - Only.

- The candidate should be able to analyze communication needs design and present customized communication solutions to the channel partners.

- Develop channel partners - generating prospects, closing sales, develop partners on training and deployment skill sets.

- Candidates from telecom service providers not required.

Location :

- West region - to be located at Mumbai(1 No)

Reporting To : Head - Marketing & Channel Sales

- Preferred Age: Group 24-28 years

Qualification :

Educational Qualification :

- B.Sc/BE/B.Tech. /M.Sc/MBA

Experience :

- Setting up and selling through a channel of enterprise communications like voice and data is a must.

- 4-5 Years of work experience in the voice and data i.e. enterprise communications solutions

- Channel sales.

- Should having hardcore channel selling experiences of Voice products like EPABX, VOIP, IP Telephony & Networking product like Routers, switches, WiFi solutions from OEM like Cisco, HP, Juniper, Siemens, Avaya, NEC, and leading System Integrators.

- Regional experience is a must not one state alone.

- A suitable candidate must have experience with major channel partners in all above regions, & able to hunt/ identify and handle relevant channel partners for desired product lines.

Communication Skills and Attributes :

- Should have good knowledge of voice, data, wifi, video, and applications ( enterprise communication solutions) market

- Regional communication will be a valid criterion

- Comprehensive understanding of channel dynamics is a must.

- Willing to travel extensively.

- Should have good Communication Skills.

- The right candidate should be a good team member with a positive attitude. Should be computer literate.
