Base Location: Chennai

Territory : Chennai/ Pondicherry/ North & South Arcot Districts, upto Trichy Districts

Reporting to R Ganesh

Role Overview/ Job Purpose (Basic Information related to the role - A Brief in 2-3 lines): 

- To manage A3 partners business in co-ordination with respective HO & local team and complete the sale including retrieval of payments towards the sales.

- Grasping the product knowledge to part it with partners team and customers also to handle objections related to operations and product usage.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder):

- Handle Channel business direct and resellers.

- Cover all scope of business under the OP basket.

- Educating the partners with product knowledge.

- Periodically analyse the reports and collate partners funnel for scope of their business.

- Travel to various locations of the territory to develop business of partners, resellers, and look for scope of business from corporate/ SME/ education and Government customers.

- Proactively analyse the need and position of our products.

- Good knowledge of territory and local language.

- Good grasping power and interest to understand the product features of us and competition to handle customers.

- Recover the payment on time.

- Good in communication and reporting and time management.

Desired Skills, Experience and Required Qualification :

- Good command on local geography, language, communication skills both speaking and writing aggressive on handling partners. - 7-10 Years of Experience

Graduation Minimum or any other in Business Administration

Functional/ Leadership Competencies :

- Proven Performance/ result oriented.

- Thorough knowledge/ Developing skills /with delivery of commitment.

- Good behavioural attitude /approach.

- Partner team development / performance development.

Preferences/ Desirables - Differentiators for the role/ Specific Qualification/ Certification/ Industry Specific etc.

- Good exposure in Photocopier/ Printing industry in above scope of territory.
