Manager - Channel Sales - Life Insurance (4-15 yrs)
Looking Channel Sales Manager who can recruit team leader and financial advisors from open market.
Responsibilities:
- Producing sales leads that turn into new clients.
- Determining and evaluating clients' wants in order to satisfy them
- Keep an eye on the Agency team's daily activities, planning, and execution.
- Manage the hiring of agents to fulfil the sales goals.
- Commission-based training and development for agents
- Review your team performance and mentor them as per their capacity
- Sourcing a business through your team and customers by providing support of sales and services.
