Channel Sales Manager
- Urgent requirement for Sales profile for Agency Channel at Kolkata, Barasat, Serampur location in Future Generali Life Insurance.
Roles :
- Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per the plan
- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per the given plan
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents, and ensure that they meet the Career Progression Generate Revenue and Acquire
Qualification : Any graduation
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing
- The candidate must be local to the same city
Age : 25 to 37 years
CTC : Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentive + Other benefits
