Roles and Duties :
- We are hiring for India's leading life insurance company.
- Visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customers leads to own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must be Graduation.
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Sales & Marketing Sector.
CTC : Up to 2.40 LPA + Incentive + Other benefits.
